From I-95 (Maine Turnpike)  Take exit 48 - turn right onto Riverside Street - turn right onto Warren Avenue and follow to the end of Warren Ave - turn right onto Forest Avenue and go approximately 2/3 mile. Look for 1020 Forest Avenue on the right with a green "Family Chiropractic Care" sign.

From I-295  Take exit 6B (Route 302) to Forest Avenue - go approximately 3 miles through Woodfords Corner, past Walton Street, and look for 1020 Forest Avenue, a white building on left with a green "Family Chiropractic Care" sign.

We operate on scheduled appointments and try to run on time. We normally see new patients the same day they call.

Referrals

We appreciate your referrals and will not abuse your trust. If we can help you, we will tell you what you need to do. If we cannot help you, we will refer you to the proper specialist.

Insurance

We are a provider for most insurance companies. When you come in, we will verify your insurance coverage, and in most cases bill the insurance company for you. You are responsible for any deductible and/or co-pay at the time of service. If there are any financial problems, please speak with our billing specialist.
